Time Calculation:

To ensure accurate time tracking, we use GPS in all our vehicles. Labour charges apply from the time the tradesperson arrives on site until they leave, including documentation time.

Servicing of Gas Appliances:

We recommend annual servicing for all gas appliances, especially in high-use situations. Servicing should occur at least every two years, consistent with most manufacturers' recommendations. Our service includes checking all safety devices, ignition systems, gas pressures, thermostats, and flues (where applicable), ensuring safe and efficient operation.

Gasfitting Certification:

It is a legal requirement for us to issue a gasfitting certificate for all gasfitting work we undertake. These certificates verify that our work is lawful and compliant and are stored for seven years. The charge for a gasfitting certificate is $50.00.
